This is an intensive, high-commitment accelerator. Participants should be prepared to invest in their growth. The time commitment is intentionally front-loaded on deep, reflective work and transitions to real-world application.

Inner Foundation

Months 1-2

The Architect's Inner Compass: Your team will move through our 7-week mental fitness intensive as a single, cohesive unit. This app-guided program, supported by private weekly pod sessions, will give them a shared language to identify and intercept the Saboteurs that cause team friction and burnout, while strengthening the Sage perspective required for innovation and collaboration.
